A Fresh Approach To Great Results.
Reporting to the Manager of Hospitality Services, the successful candidate will have experience managing catering events with guest counts of over 700+. They are accountable for client relationships, managing staffing teams well over 50, as well as organizing the administrative tasks necessary to execute these events flawlessly.
Additionally, Senior Captains are brand ambassadors for Catering by Restaurant Associates' style of service and work exclusively for Restaurant Associates.
Necessary Ingredients:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Captain or closely related role
- Solid experience managing large events of 700 or more guests independently
- Superior client and guest relations experience
- Detail Oriented
- Able to display good judgment
