OUTSIDE CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE
Coffee Distributing Corp., a subdivion of Compass Group, is the leading New York metropolitan area Coffee Service provider over 20,000 customers. We provide a wide range of refreshment products and vending services for offices as well as coffee and other beverages for restaurants and food shops. If you are a "go-getter" individual, our company is currently seeking an Outside Customer Relations Representative to work out of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island County Areas.
Summary:
CRUCIAL LINK BETWEEN CLIENT AND COMPANY MANAGING ALL ASPECTS OF RELATIONS TO MAINTAIN AND GROW BUSINESS.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain friendly relations with large client base.
* Liason with all internal departments to manage issues and growth.
* Create and/or execute strategies for retention and growth.
* Present new products and equipment as appropriate.
* Track and renew contracts, conduct annual reviews when appropriate.
Education/Training/Experience
* Minimum two years outside Customer Service, Marketing or Sales experience.
* Microsoft Office proficient.
* Bi-lingual (any language) a plus.
* Associates or higher degree in a related field preferred.
* Veteran a plus.
Salary: $40,000.00 Exempt Status
Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm.
