The primary focus of this position is contract management; however, the work will be diverse and challenging. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a fast-paced environment with strong analytical skills, be a self starter, yet work in a team environment. Excellent customer service skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Primary function is drafting and reviewing contracts, therefore prior contract experience is preferred;
- Escalation to legal department and other stake holders to negotiate contracts when necessary;
- Other responsibilities include: corporate governence matters, contract database, and customer requests for information;
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills;
- Self-starter who is able to work independently
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
- Demonstrate and maintain an extremely high regard for confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
- Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
- Advanced skills in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
