This position is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in managing the culinary operation at a K-12 account. You will handle the following:
Responsibilities:
- Purchase goods and manage cost controls.
- Enforce safe and sanitary food production standards.
- Create nutritious menus for the students.
- Train and develop staff
Qualifications:
- AS degree preferred.
- One to three years of foodservice management experience required.
- Contract foodservice experience preferred.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Expertise in developing and conducting training programs.
- ServSafe Certified.
