As the Biomedical/Clinical Equipment Manager, you will provide a comprehensive management program assisting our client in optimizing equipment uptime, ensuring safety and performance in a cost-conscious and expeditious manner. You will supervise, direct, lead and assigned biomedical/clinical engineering technicians and other support personnel.
JobResponsibilities:
Assist Regional Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and directing the effective performance of the contract in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Supervise, train and direct, biomedical technicians and other support staff, maintaining optimum productivity, quality and efficiency.Ensure the validity of the asset management software program and administer the asset management software and ensure work orders are entered without delay.Administer on call schedule and maintenance calls/inspections. Review and approve all purchase orders including for tools and test equipment procurement. Review financial statements and prepare budgets with Regional Manager. Job Requirements: Certification / Associate Degree in Electronics/Biomedical Technology, Military training or equivalent experience.A minimum of five to seven years experience in the biomedical field required with a minimum of four years supervisory experience.
Must have knowledge, ability, and willingness to perform duties of biomedical technician.
Strong time management and organizational skills and ability to work independently.Must have excellent communication and customer services skills.Great People. Great Service. Great Results.
