Job Description:
Lackmann Culinary Services is a premier Regional Contract Foodservice Company, with a world-class client list, in varied segments of the hospitality industry. Lackmann is committed to our mission of providing quality food and exceptional service to our clients and guests. We realize that to survive in this competitive industry we must recruit, develop, promote, and retain the best team members to effectively accomplish our mission today and every day.
Responsibilities:
Develop campaigns to increase awareness and usage of the campus dining facilities. This includes culinary events and promotions to create excitement in the college community.
Manage communications for Lackmann Culinary Services at each account; including website maintenance, social media, public relations, print media, and other outlets.
Present Lackmann programs to students and parents during orientations and school events.
Work with student organizations and University/college personnel to create community culture.
Develop Annual Marketing plans to promote campus dining services and drive same store sales throughout each location.
Qualifications:
BS degree in Marketing preferred.
Minimum of three years marketing experience with Higher Ed experience preferred.
Ability to present to large groups.
Knowledge of merchandising and promotions.
Excellent writing skills.
Knowledge of Adobe Software
