Job Description:


OFFICE MANAGER

Working as an Office Manager for Morrison's will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! You will be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do.




This position is responsible for maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; processing bills, invoices, designing filing systems and processing cash controls. In this position you will:

Responsibilities:



  • Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.

  • Process all invoices and labor hours for accounts payable into e-Finance using Morrison's accounting Software.

  • Administrative duties including but not limited to: administrative tasks, Accounts Payable & receivables, office equipment assistance and support, liaison between departments and Facilities Management, create and maintain office databases, facilitate new hire processes and verification of invoices.

  • Facilities Services including but not limited to: daily walk thru's of office and public areas, process inventory orders, assist with vendor selections, assist with event preparation, resolve outstanding ticket requests.

  • Follow up with vendors in relation to any questions or outstanding concerns for invoices.

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day administrative reporting including AR, AP, journal entries, sales, payroll and balance sheet reconciliation.

  • Mailroom, Shipping/Receiving Services including but not limited to: manage shipping and receiving for the office, supplies, responsible for accurate and timely mail deliver.

  • Participate as needed in special department projects.


Qualifications:



  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • At least two years of administrative/office management experience.

  • Experience in the food service industry is preferred

  • Working knowledge of processes and systems including financial reporting.

  • Good planning and organizational skills.

  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Expedience in office management capacity.

  • Friendly, outgoing and inviting personality.

  • Computer literate, specifically MS Office.

  • Proficiency using the Internet and Microsoft Office programs including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook.

  • Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written form.

  • Creative problem solving skills
