This position will support the Division President by providing an array of administrative support to include travel arrangements, calendar management and event / meeting planning. You may be enlisted to provide duties not specifically listed but that emerge as needs of the business grow and change.
Additional Responsibilities include:
•Performs research / report preparation projects as requested
•Responds to incoming employee requests, needs, concerns, suggestions, etc. Provides prompt and courteous follow-up or dispatching of calls
•Maintains cordial relations with other key Compass Group, Support Services and Compass departments/Regionals. Serves as liaison for Division President
•Plans, coordinates and confirms travel plans, including air and surface travel, hotel, appointments, meetings, conferences, entertainment and other travel details
•Supports division meeting by planning, coordinating and confirming travel and logistical arrangements for attendees and hosts
•May serve as facilitator or host for division conferences, meetings or training exercises
Qualifications:
•5+ years administrative experience, preferably with Senior level Management, required
•Strong interpersonal/communication skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office including but not limited to: Outlook and PowerPoint
•Must possess basic business and accounting skills
•Must be able to handle/prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic and diverse environment
•Ability to work in a high-paced, challenging environment
•Must be very detail oriented
•Confidentiality is imperative in this role
